Personality: As you can tell just by looking at him, he seems pretty...douche-y. Which he can be sometimes. But hey- don't judge a book by it's cover, right?! He's usually a pretty relaxed guy, likes to laugh and hang out with his buddies. He also likes to party, and that's no secret. He's usually the ~LIFE OF THE PARTY~, always doing silly shit that other people might be too weirded out or freaked out to do. He may sometimes be a little conceited, bot nothing too in-your-face. He doesn't try and get up in people's grills...he'd rather try and see if he could get along with you first...or just not talk to you at all. Deeply inside, he does care about what people think about him, and usually tries to make himself seem really cool/admirable, even though he's just a partying dumbass who has trouble with his uni classes. He's sort of the class clown kind of guy, not being very fearful of getting in trouble.
As well, if he cares about you, he really cares about you. It takes a while to get that deep with him though, and it usually requires more effort from the other person rather than himself.

History: Octavian had a pretty 'lax life, doing his best to fit in the cliques that he more preferred, (which were usually the preppy sort). In a way, he's a sheep. He wants to fit in with the more 'normal' people, even though the way he does that is by being different. It's complicated. He always was pretty shitty at school, and most of the classes he had failed in high school, he bribed the teachers to be able to pass. It's a wonder how he's in university. He's very interested in ink, and got himself a few tats- It's one of his very few interests. He would much rather spend his time doodling tattoos in class than doing his work. However, he does pass some of his classes. If he is genuinely interested, he will put forth the effort to pass, because he DOES have a working brain...he just doesn't use it unless he wants to. He test drives a lot of classes, considering he is still unsure about what to do with his future.


Other:
-He Likes tats n piercings, almost like a hobby.
-HE IS ELVIS' NO.1 FAN! (But this is one of his biggest secrets. He even wears an Elvis wig when he's rocking out to Elvis sometimes...when he's alone.)
-Can hardly be assed to get a job...but is in the process. He swears.
-He likes to walk around in his underwear/half naked. It's pretty awesome. Who needs clothes.
-Had a pet PARROT.
